Phase 2nd Admission Schedule
Schedule for admission to Semester- I of B.A/B.Sc./B.Com/BCA/BBA in Constituent Colleges of Cluster University of Jammu for the Session 2017-18, is as under
   
1st Merit List of Phase 2nd 17th July to 18st June 2017
2nd Merit List of Phase 2nd 19th July to 20th June 2017
3rd Merit List of Phase 2nd 21st July to 21st July 2017
 

Instructions

   
 The select list of students for admission will be drawn up by the college admission committee. The select list will  also be displayed on the college Notice Board.
 Student can gain quick access to his / her selection status after visiting the website: www.clujammu.in.
 If short listed, the student should now take the printout of the submitted admission form on A4 paper by clicking the "Download Form".
 Sign the declaration given on the form and also seek the signature of your parent / guardian agreeing with the declaration
 Now click the "Download Challan" button to get the printed copy of the prefilled admission fee challan  for deposition of the fee. The admission fee should only be deposited in the bank fee counter of the college after the verifications of the documents by the admission committee.
  Enclose all the documents as required along with affidavit / affidavits, duly attested, and the bank challan, with the signed admission form and then submit the same to the concerned admission committee in the college for verification of the documents and the details contained in the form.
 Once approved by the concerned admission committee, the student shall be required to deposit the admission fee at the fee counter in the college.

Important

 Attach the required documents/affidavits along with the Admission Form.
 Deposit your Admission Fee before the due date of the respective Merit List only in the Bank Fee Counter of the College only after the verifications of the documents by the admission Committee.
 Subjects once allotted can not be manually changed.
 Do not make any changes in the form by pen/pencil and for any modification if any contact the coordinator of the admission committee of the concerned college.
 No Admission form will be entertained  in any case after the last date of the respective Merit List.
